Requirements to Apply- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Clinical Manager)
- Strong background in perioperative services and operating room leadership
- ANCC or Magnet-recognized certification

Job OverviewThis RN Clinical Manager – Perioperative Services role provides leadership and operational oversight for a busy surgical services department. The RN leader will guide daily operating room operations while supporting high-quality patient care, efficient surgical throughput, and a strong culture of collaboration among physicians, surgeons, and clinical staff.
The Clinical Manager is responsible for managing staffing, scheduling, and department resources while monitoring key performance indicators such as surgical efficiency, patient safety, and quality outcomes. This leader also plays a critical role in mentoring staff, developing future leaders, and supporting quality improvement initiatives that strengthen perioperative operations and the overall surgical patient experience.
