Work Schedule:
Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. This position is an onsite role based in Colorado Springs, CO and does not offer a remote option.
Coordinates activities and flow of work for recruitment services, and provides support for the recruitment process. Partners with senior staff for recruiting and selection activities.
Responsibilities- Leads on-boarding processes for new employees utilizing applicant tracking system. Communicates with new employees, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the on-boarding process.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, legal, and health system requirements. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Serves as an expert resource for on-boarding procedures and requirements.
- Partners with Recruiter Sr to provide recruiting support to assigned service line(s) or recruiting programs, including: screening candidates to set criteria, assisting hiring team with selection process and assisting with the offer process for selected finalists.
- Develops recruiting techniques which include conducting initial interviews, testing, checking background/references, participating in hiring manager intake sessions and quarterly business reviews. Facilitates the candidate experience by providing timely and accurate communication to all candidates throughout the selection process.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
- Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum Experience:
1 year of related experience. Minimum Licensure/Certification:
None Required. - IF APPLICABLE: BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be valid through sixty days of hire.
