Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, in-person role in La Junta, CO, working Monday through Thursday.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosing, treating conditions, and developing treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate patient care with specialists.
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation and educate patients on health management.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a patient-focused environment that emphasizes connection and continuity of care.
- Active Colorado licensure
- 2-4 years of clinical experience
