Job Highlights

We are looking for an outstanding individual to lead the nursing team as a Health Care Director
. You will spearhead clinical services such as resident medication management, service planning, and supervising the nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by ensuring they receive excellent direct care.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring medication management
  • Performing resident assessments
  • Providing leadership and guidance on health issues
  • Providing onsite medical care
  • Communicating changing medical needs to the team and family members
  • Championing high quality and infection control
  • Verifying physician orders
  • Communicating move‑in/move‑out information
  • Supervising the ordering, delivery, transcription, and documentation of medication, treatments, and orders under their authority
Qualifications
  • Current LPN or RN nursing license in the state (Required)
  • Previous supervisory experience including management, coaching, and health care services (Required)
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly (Required)
  • Prior experience supervising direct care staff (Preferred)
