Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee Private Duty Nursing staff providing care to medically complex children.
Responsibilities- Responsible for staff performance, training, orientation, and competency development.
- Collaborates with leadership on safety, compliance, policy updates, and quality improvement projects.
- Provides mentorship, documentation audits, and maintains staff education resources.
- Works closely with families to establish therapeutic relationships and ensures high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Serves as backup for clinical leadership roles and manages programs like TB screening and preceptor training.
- ADN, RN or physician license
- 2+ years in home care (preferably pediatrics)
- leadership experience
- valid driver’s license
- reliable vehicle
Salary: $90,000-$105,000/year with comprehensive benefits including insurance, retirement, PTO, and reimbursements.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
