Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Days - Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 6 am - 6 pm

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team. The RN is responsible for delivering and coordinating resident-centered nursing care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support residents across skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care units
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of resident conditions
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies
  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Supervise and provide clinical oversight to LPNs, CNAs, and Care Partners
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory surveys
  • Educate residents and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health conditions
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
