Registered Nurse - Field Assessor - LTS

As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA), you will be responsible for completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These assessments are primarily hands-off and require you to gather claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluate the claimant's functional level of independence.

The assessment process also includes conducting a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant's ability to perform ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate should be technologically proficient and capable of using a web-based application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation purposes.
