Katie's Way is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric
Nurse Practitioner at our Colorado Spring, CO location to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with mental health disorders and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment. As a proud supporter of the military, we give preference to active duty members, their dependents, and candidates with prior experience working with the military and their families.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

• Utilization review
• Expertise in psychopharmacology
• Experience in acute care settings
• Proficiency in medication management for adolescents
• Familiarity with medical records systems
• Behavioral health expertise
• Understanding of family planning services
• Knowledge of emergency medicine protocols
• Prior experience working with the military and their families
