Job DescriptionJoin a dynamic team committed to protecting the American Warfighter by performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft. This role involves working on airframes such as the C-130 and P-3, with a flexible shift schedule in a climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangar.
Responsibilities- Perform heavy modifications on military aircraft.
- Conduct depot-level maintenance and aviation heavy maintenance.
- Engage in aircraft modification, sheet metal repair, and light modification tasks.
- Utilize tools such as rivet guns and apply blueprint reading skills for aircraft maintenance.
- 6+ years of aviation structures (sheet metal) experience if only military experience; 4+ years if any civilian experience.
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and repair.
- Proficiency in aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification.
- Ability to pass a basic sheet metal test on Day One.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ownership of shadowed tools and toolbox with etched or colored tools by Day 1.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Work in a climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangar on a schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week. Shifts are flexible between the hours of 6:00 am - 4:30 pm for the 1st shift or 4:00 pm - 2:30 am for the 2nd shift. Overtime is often available based on program needs, with no guarantees. The position offers a long‑term, open‑ended contract with the ability to go direct with the company if desired.
