JOB SUMMARY

DSoft Technology is hiring a full-time Operations Research Analyst / Operations Support Analyst / Space Electromagnetic Warfare (SEW) SME to support US Space Force Mission Delta 3 (MD
3) S3 Directorate at Peterson SFB, CO. This role assesses SEW mission programs, analyzes Situation Reports (SITREPs) and Operations Capability/Systems Capability (OPSCAP/SYSCAP) changes, updates reporting systems and leadership accordingly.

PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and participate in MD 3‑led Operational Planning Teams (OPTs) supporting mission programs.
  • Process Higher Headquarters (HHQ) taskings at classification levels up to TS/SCI and SAP from all applicable organizations.
  • Review and coordinate HHQ mission‑related documents for respective SEW missions or operational units, based on real‑world SEW operations and intelligence sources.
  • Collect weekly Situation Reports (SITREPs) and track all Electromagnetic Warfare Combat Detachments (EWCDs) OPSCAP/SYSCAP changes from all EWCDs and update reporting systems and leadership accordingly.
  • Collect essential mission information such as key events, changes in taskings, maintenance information, training events, OPSCAP/SYSCAP, etc. during and after mission execution for tracking and trend analysis purposes and provide all recommendations as new information or updates are received.
  • Support and maintain open communication with MD 3 deployed teams and leadership.
  • Report deployment‑related items to include deployed member statuses, deployment site updates, OPSCAPs, SYSCAPs, SITREPs, deployed personnel updates, all published orders pertaining to SEW mission, etc. to MD 3 leadership.
  • Interface with USSPACECOM, C/JFSCC, CFC, and CCMDs in support of MD 3 leadership to support coordination and integration of SEW capabilities.
  • Review and edit tasking orders, execution orders, deployment orders, warning orders, special instructions, etc. and coordinate changes and inputs to applicable organizations (i.e., CFC, USSPACECOM, etc.).
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
  • 10+ years Space Operations experience including 6+ years working with any military HQ Staff operating in support of current and future Electromagnetic Warfare (EW)/Orbital Warfare (OW) mission areas.
  • Experience working in classified SAP space environment.
  • Operated or supported any EW systems in military, commercial/civil, or academia (e.g., EW Joint operations planner, EW Intelligence, management, oversight, or operations).
  • Joint operations planning experience developing/coordinating tasking orders, concept of operations, special instructions, deployment orders, execution orders, etc.
  • Experience advising/supporting acquisition or integration of future electromagnetic warfare weapon systems, either upgrades or next generation capabilities.
  • SEW weapon systems and operations experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION

BA/BS desired.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

Active TS, must be SCI eligible and able to attain SAP clearance.

BASE PAY

$ - $ / Year depending on experience.
