What You Will Do:- Receive, stage, issue, and deliver materials within the facility to support production schedules and customer orders.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately enter inventory transactions into ERP/MRP systems or scanning devices ಹೇಳಿದರು maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies, reporting issues to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material movement documentation, supporting quality assurance and root cause analysis.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
- Adhere to safety protocols, use PPE, practice proper lifting techniques, and report potential hazards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and properly store tools and equipment.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime when needed, cross‑training in other areas, and adapting to new processes or technologies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED - 6 months to 1 year of material handling and inventory experience required.
- 1+ years of material movement and inventory experience preferred.
- Forklift operations experience preferred.
- Familiarity with material handling and material movement.
- Ability to use proper lifting techniques and material movement equipment effectively.
- Ability to be flexible in role, adjusting to new processes, technologies, or production requirements.
- Ability to handle material and parts.
- Perform repetitive motions (bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, lifting, gripping, and grasping with hands).
- Standing Duration:
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift. - Lifting Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. - Ability to work in environments with noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects, moving/rotating mechanical parts, and temperature extremes.

- The expected Base Hourly Range: 17.50 – 31.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
