Job Description Performs a variety or repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the production of medical devices. Works is performed following established standards using diagrams, drawings or other assembly procedures.
** Your role:
*** Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings.
* Measure and record process parameters and report results to supervision
* Adhere to production schedules and report material shortages
* Accurately document all required entries in the Lot History Record
* Comply with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process while demonstrating an understanding of the SPNC Quality System
** You are the right fit if:
*** You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in Medical Devices Manufacturing in a highly regulated environment, including experience using a Microscope.
* Your skills include Reliability, detail orientation, effective communication and good interpersonal skills.
* You have a HS diploma or equivalent.
* You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this  position.

** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

** The hourly pay range for this position in CO is $14.82 to $23.71 plus overtime eligible.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal  addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
