We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planner/Scheduler Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a permanent role that requires a proactive professional who can manage and oversee the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of production activities to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality production. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes, improving productivity, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

• Oversee and manage the production planning and scheduling processes to ensure the efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment.
• Implement and maintain ERP and MRP planning systems to optimize production processes.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance product quality.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless production operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production planning team to achieve set objectives and targets.
• Prepare and present production reports and performance metrics to senior management.
• Stay abreast of the latest manufacturing trends, technologies, and best practices and implement them as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, MRP Planning, and ERP planning.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong commitment to achieving excellence in product quality and efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in a manufacturing setting.
