Our site in Colorado Springs is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team.

Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Monday–Friday

• Perform ultrasonic cleaning and pre-inspection on EUV pod bases/covers.
• Procuring packaging materials (i.e., boxes, labels, etc.) and performing bagging/packaging tasks following instructions.
• Assist in EUV assembly tasks by shadowing and working closely with more experienced technicians and by following assembly instructions.
• Acquire basic knowledge of part inspection and identify quality defects by aesthetics documentation.
• Develop basic understanding of 5S principles, basic product knowledge (how to differentiate between the different plate options), travelers, escalation process, cleanroom protocol, recycling program, and other crucial company procedures.
• Complete daily pass-downs.
• Print dome labels/RFID box labels.
• Perform door torque testing at the outside pack station and update camLine data. Expand to other manufacturing areas (2nd operations, EUV machining, advanced packaging) as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment.

• Complete other duties assigned to support the overall business goals and objectives.

• HS degree or GED equivalent
• 0-1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and understand diagrams detailing product specifications
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to use various measurement tools, including calipers, height/drop indicator, test indicator, and coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
• Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance
• Ability to understand documented processes and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team setting
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Compensation: $18-$23 hourly, actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
• Shift Differential of $1.50 per hour
