* What You Will Do:

*** Assemble basic components using hand tools and equipment that is engineered for light assembly.
* Perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision, such as attaching, labeling, and packaging parts.
* Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
* Document issues encountered during assembly using tools and standards to verify product quality and functionality.
* Track and document production metrics, such as completed units or defects.
* Identify and segregate defective parts for review and document quality issues.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, use PPE, and report potential hazards.
* Perform basic equipment checks.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, engineers, and quality control to address challenges and improve processes.
* Communicate effectively both orally and in writing to report issues and provide updates.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace and store tools and equipment properly.
* Follow step-by-step written or verbal instructions.
* Be flexible by working overtime, cross-training, and adapting to new processes or technologies.
* Other duties as assigned.
** What You Need to Succeed:
**
* Education:

High School Diploma or GED
* Familiarity with assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Ability to use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and testing equipment effectively.
* Ability to produce parts and products to meet quality standards.
* Ability to be flexible in role, adjusting to new processes, technologies, or production requirements.
** Physical Demands:
*** Ability to handle parts and tools with precision.
* Perform repetitive motions (bending, twisting, kneeling, stooping, lifting, gripping, and grasping with hands).
* Standing Duration:
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
* Lifting Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
* Ability to work in environments with noise, chemicals, dust, sharp objects, moving/rotating mechanical parts, and temperature extremes.
