Hiring Overnight Process Technicians in Colorado Springs Advanced Manufacturing | Cleanroom Environment
Pay Range: $25.30 – $27.60 per hour
Shift: Overnight, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotating schedule, 3–4 days per week)

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and motivated Overnight Process Technician I to support highly advanced manufacturing operations. In this hands‑on role, you’ll operate sophisticated equipment, assist with engineering testing, and collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to drive process excellence. You’ll work in a cleanroom environment supporting wafer‑ and die‑level silicon packaging—contributing directly to the technologies of tomorrow.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForOperate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
Program and configure tools to support engineering test processes.
Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing and engineering workflows.
Respond to equipment alarms, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes to ensure successful processing.
Evaluate and disposition non‑conforming materials.
Support engineering investigations, including low‑yield lot analysis and test runs.
Document standard processes and update procedures as improvements are implemented.
Collect, analyze, and report processing data for technicians and engineering teams.
Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives with engineering support.
Maintain a strong 6S (5S + Safety) culture within the cleanroom.
Train operators on standard operating procedures across multiple process steps.
Assist Process and R&D Engineers in diagnosing and resolving equipment and process challenges.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a process or engineering technician in a manufacturing or semiconductor‑related environment
- Experience working in production and cleanroom environments
- Knowledge of sterilization, inspection, and decontamination processes
- Familiarity with assembly equipment and process modules
- Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and shift handoffs
- Cleanroom manufacturing setting with strict safety and quality requirements
- Hands‑on equipment operation and process‑focused work
- Independent role with strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and detailed documentation

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
