This key leadership role is within a long‑established manufacturing company known for its custom designs and commitment to quality. With every product built to last, the organization takes compliance, safety and process excellence seriously—and your expertise will be heard and acted on across the entire organization.

In this role you’ll lead external audits, train management on ISO 9001:2015 standards, oversee all safety and ISO implementation across the plant, and write, maintain and improve internal processes to ensure continuous certification and a proactive safety culture.

• Lead ISO 9001:2015 certification and audits, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Develop, implement and monitor safety programs across the plant.
• Train and support managers in ISO standards.
• Write, maintain and improve internal processes and documentation.

• Proven experience managing ISO 9001:2015 systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Confident leading audits and training management teams.
• Strong, process‑driven mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exposure/familiarity with OSHA desirable.
