We are seeking an experienced Front Counter Manager to join our team. We are a fast-paced bowling center with an increased number of regular customers, so consistency and efficiency are required to have success. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing everyday operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. Your goal is to increase sales and revenue and maintain a high level of employee engagement.

- Manage everyday operations
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Train and manage staff
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous Management Experience
- Familiarity with POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
