Job Summary The Chief Experience Officer (CXO) is a senior executive responsible for stewarding a unified enterprise experience strategy that integrates culture, brand, communications, community engagement, and organizational systems across Diversus Health.

As a key partner to the CEO and a member of the executive leadership team, the CXO ensures that what the organization promises internally and externally is consistently reflected in the lived experiences of clients, employees, partners, and the community.

The CXO positions experience as a strategic driver of mission impact, trust, workforce sustainability, and long-term organizational health within a complex behavioral health system

Role Scope & Executive Oversight The Chief Experience Officer provides executive oversight of the organization’s experience portfolio, including Brand & Marketing, Community Engagement, Partner Engagement, Human Resources (via a Vice President of HR), Experience Strategy & Intelligence, and Workforce Wellness, with accountability for employee, client, community, and partner experience outcomes.

Enterprise Leadership & Operating Model The CXO operates at the enterprise and systems level, leading through senior leaders and directors. Day-to-day functional execution is owned by department leaders, with the CXO accountable for alignment, outcomes, and integration across the experience portfolio.

Enterprise Impact & Success Measures The Chief Experience Officer is accountable for translating experience strategy into measurable organizational impact. Impact is defined and assessed through:

  • Improved client, employee, and partner experience.
  • Workforce sustainability, engagement, and retention.
  • Community trust, access pathways, and referral strength.
  • Alignment between organizational values, behaviors, and systems.
  • Long-term organizational growth, health, and mission effectiveness.
