Compensation: $50,000 base salary + up to $1,500/month in incentive pay

Schedule:

Full-time, 56 days per week | 40 hours/week | 23 Saturday mornings/month based on events

As we expand our footprint in Colorado, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to take the lead in growing our member base, building meaningful relationships, and driving business results.

• As the Sales Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our studios operations and growth. You’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the location while creating a warm and inspiring environment for both clients and team members. You’ll lead with a mix of data-driven focus and people-first leadership.
• Driving membership sales, local marketing efforts, and community partnerships
• Leading and mentoring the front desk and support team
• Managing studio performance metrics, scheduling, and administrative functions
• Representing Beem Light at local wellness and community events 23 Saturday mornings per month
• Creating personalized experiences that exceed client expectations
• Cultivating a culture of trust, consistency, and results

• 2+ years of experience in a sales-focused or retail management role
• A passion for health, wellness, and people
• Exceptional communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and represent the studio at weekend events as needed
• Experience in a boutique fitness or wellness environment is a strong plus
