We’re partnering with a growing organization in Colorado Springs to hire a Program Manager for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys owning programs from kickoff through delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with customer specifications
• Own overall program performance, delivery, and outcomes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage risks, and drive execution
• Maintain regular, clear communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and program sponsors
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while planning future actions and milestones
• Support bid and proposal activities, including preparing customer quotes for new and follow-on programs
• Influence teams through strong leadership, technical contribution, and effective communication

• Strong program and project management skills with a results-driven mindset
• Proven ability to manage schedules, priorities, and competing demands
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and risk management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative team player with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Solid business acumen with an understanding of cost, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred
• OR 3–5 years of related program or project management experience
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
