Our Client, a respected and relationship-focused community bank, is actively recruiting a Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender to lead commercial banking efforts in the Colorado Springs market. This high-impact role requires a seasoned Commercial Banker who is passionate about building long-term client relationships and investing in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a growing portfolio of commercial clients
- Originate and structure commercial loans in compliance with bank policies
- Represent the bank in the community to drive business development
- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting and operations
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience
- Bachelor's degree required;
Master’s preferred - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be based in Colorado Springs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000–$140,000 based on experience
- Annual bonus opportunity
- 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision
