Our Client, a respected and relationship-focused community bank, is actively recruiting a Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender to lead commercial banking efforts in the Colorado Springs market. This high-impact role requires a seasoned Commercial Banker who is passionate about building long-term client relationships and investing in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a growing portfolio of commercial clients
  • Originate and structure commercial loans in compliance with bank policies
  • Represent the bank in the community to drive business development
  • Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting and operations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial lending experience
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master’s preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Must be based in Colorado Springs

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000–$140,000 based on experience
  • Annual bonus opportunity
