Position: Integrated Logistics Support Supervisor at KBR Colorado Springs, CO

Integrated Logistics Support Supervisor

K  is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Supervisor to support the United States Space Force's (USSF) Satellite Control Network (SCN). The SCN provides highly reliable and secure data transfer, telemetry, tracking, command, control, and communications (TT&C3) for more than 195 Department of Defense (DoD), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), civil, and allied satellites.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership by directing the efforts of personnel involved in providing a variety of support to programs involved with Supply, Property, Transportation, and Disposal. Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned department or function. Provides operational oversight to ensure work is accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner. Insures awareness and monitors employee compliance with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.

Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions. Responsible for defining training requirements, developing employee skills, and promoting continuous improvement. Develops and implements performance standards and internal controls.

Qualifications
  • Facilitate network Maintenance and Logistics Technical Interchange Meeting (LogTIM) and Supply Support Integrated Process Team (SSIPT) with the Government on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate the Product Improvement Working Group (PIWG).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Logistics Support program that includes the analysis, development and acquisition of elements required for life cycle sustainment of network hardware and software IAW the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) Elements.
  • Facilitate Contractor Supported Weapons System (CSWS) Project Management, Project Planning, Data & Documentation support, Spares Analysis, Item Management and GOLD database support.
  • Manage Contractor Inventory Control Point (C-ICP) functions.
  • Provide accurate data packages including warranty administration, vendor service agreements and physical data to populate a spares model.
  • Oversee item management for all operational spares under Interim Supply Support (ISS).
  • Implement and maintain supply support databases for the data exchange and ensure supply support availability requirements are achieved.
  • Lead the CSWS Supply Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) concept providing the Government insight and approval status to the level of spares required to meet operational goals for the systems.
  • Facilitate the Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) process by which the DoD postures its depot level maintenance workloads - organic, contract, or a combination of both.
  • Participate in Depot Maintenance Activation Working Groups (DMAWG) and Maintenance Activation Planning Team (MAPT) Integrated Product Teams (IPT) s.
  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 8-10 years of experience.
Security Clearance
  • Secret (or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance)
Basic Compensation
  • $89,000 - $120,000

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

K  may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
