As a Full-Time Automatic Transmission Technician at Phil Long Ford of Motor City, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and repairing manual and automatic transmissions in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include efficiently executing repairs based on detailed repair orders, ensuring that quality and time allowances are met. You will diagnose malfunctions, disassemble and reassemble transmission units, and communicate effectively with both the parts department and service advisors to ensure seamless operations.
