Renjoy is a fast-growing short-term rental company, and we’re hiring reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to help us deliver exceptional guest experiences. We manage some of the top vacation rentals in Colorado Springs and Woodland Park — and we take cleanliness seriously.

Pay & Schedule$18–21/hour, based on experience and reliability
Cleaning shifts are between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, 7 days a week
️ Each shift is typically 6–7 hours
Flexible scheduling — whether you want 2 days or 6 days a week, consistency matters most
Sunday availability is strongly preferred — it’s our busiest turnover day
Clean and reset vacation rental homes between guest stays
Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and high quality
Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces
Make beds, change linens, and restock essentials
Report maintenance or supply issues via our mobile app
Represent Renjoy with professionalism and pride
Reliable, punctual, and committed to doing great work
Takes pride in clean spaces and detailed work
Physically able to handle stairs, lifting, and being on your feet
Comfortable using a smartphone to follow tasks and communicate
Has reliable transportation — our properties are spread across Colorado Springs and Woodland Park
Available at least a few consistent days per week (Sundays preferred)
Ready to start ASAP and earn more hours with strong performance
