Housekeeping Cleaner

The Broadmoor Hotel, Inc. (Colorado Springs, CO) has 85 openings. The position is temporary, full time, from 04/01/2026 – 12/31/2026. The role requires 8‑hour day shifts with a minimum of 35 hours per week. Shifts include 7:00‑am to 3:30‑pm; 8:00‑am to 4:30‑pm; 9:00‑am to 5:30‑pm; 1:30‑pm to 10:00‑pm; 3:00‑pm to 11:30‑pm; and 11:00‑pm to 7:00‑am. At least five rotating days per week, including weekends, are required.

Work is performed at several hotel sites in Colorado Springs, CO, El Paso County.

Qualifications

Job requires no minimum education or experience. A pre‑employment criminal background check will be conducted equally for US workers and H2B workers.

Pay

Base rate: $19.10 per hour, plus cash tips. Overtime is available as needed and is paid at $28.65 per hour. The 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) receives an additional $0.50 per hour, and an inspector assignment receives $1.00 per hour.

Other Compensation & Benefits

A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Wages are paid bi‑weekly by check. All deduction from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer provides all tools, supplies, and equipment at no charge. Work hours are guaranteed to be at least three fourths of the workdays in each twelve‑week period of the employment. The employer will pay upfront for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Air transportation to the place of employment is provided at no cost to the worker (paid upfront). Ground expenses and subsistence costs are reimbursed during the first work week. Daily subsistence is provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel, with a maximum of $68.00 per day with valid receipts. If the worker does not complete at least half of the employment period, the worker is expected to refund the employer.

Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Shared, subsidized housing is provided; housing is optional. If elected, a cost of approximately $235 per paycheck will be deducted from payroll, bi‑weekly, as permitted by law.
