Janitor, Facilities - Falcon - Part Time

Work Schedule:

Saturday 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Sunday 12:00 (noon) p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Please Note:

This position will work cleaning in our Falcon Store located at 7520 Falcon Mkt Pl, Falcon, CO 80831.

The Janitor, Facilities will perform specific assigned janitorial duties at our numerous retail stores while working to ensure Goodwill standards are met or exceeded.

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect.
• Vacuuming/Steam‑clean carpets.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants.
• May move heavy items such as furniture.
• Identify and report possible repairs.
• Shovel snow from sidewalks and sprinkle salt on surface.
• Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.
• Help provide a safe working environment for you, customers, and fellow employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• One (1) year custodial experience is required.
