We are intentionally building a practice rooted in core values including honesty, professionalism, and service to client and we are looking for someone who wants to help shape not only cases, but the culture and future direction of the firm.
Our Firm & ValuesWe believe excellent legal work starts with doing the right thing for clients, colleagues, and the court. Our firm is committed to:
- Honesty and transparency in client communication and case evaluation
- Client‑driven service, where legal strategy is guided by the client’s goals and best interests, not volume or shortcuts
- High standards of advocacy, professionalism, and preparation
- Long‑term relationships, both with clients and within the firm
- Intentional growth, with a focus on quality over quantity
We are building a practice where attorneys are trusted to do meaningful work, take ownership of cases, and grow their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our practice is designed to support meaningful client advocacy, not rapid case turnover. We value thoughtful lawyering and sustainable practice.

- Premises liability and slip‑and‑fall cases
- Negligence and general tort claims
- Insurance coverage and bad‑faith‑related issues
- Uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims

- Pre‑suit and active litigation matters in state court
The firm places a strong emphasis on strategic motion practice and careful case development, including:
- Dispositive motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment)
- Discovery‑related motion practice
- Liability and damages analysis
- Preparing cases thoughtfully for mediation and trial
- Conducting legal research and drafting high‑quality motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Assisting with litigation strategy and moving cases efficiently through the civil litigation process
- Drafting and responding to written discovery
- Preparing cases for mediation, settlement conferences, and trial
- Reviewing medical records, expert materials, and damages documentation to support litigation strategy
- Occasionally covering depositions, hearings, or other court appearances
- Collaborating closely with attorneys and staff in a team‑oriented, values‑driven environment
As the firm grows, attorneys who demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, and commitment to the firm’s values will have opportunities to take on increased responsibility and more advanced litigation work.
Who Will Thrive in This RoleThis position is well‑suited for an attorney who:
- Takes pride in careful, ethical, and well‑reasoned legal work
- Collaborating closely with attorneys and staff in a team‑oriented, values‑driven environment
- Values honesty with clients and the court, even when it’s difficult
- Wants to grow with a firm rather than simply fill a role
- Enjoys written advocacy and thoughtful litigation strategy
- Is motivated by meaningful client impact, not just billable output
- Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
- Job Type: Full‑time
Benefits include:
- 401(k)
- Paid time off
- Health insurance reimbursement
