Our expanding personal injury law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Colorado Springs office. This position is ideal for a strong legal writer who takes pride in producing excellent work and wants to grow within a litigation-focused civil practice built on integrity, accountability, and client-centered advocacy.

The Associate Attorney will assist with litigation across a range of personal injury and civil liability matters, which may include:

• Motor vehicle collisions (auto, truck, motorcycle)
• Premises liability and slip‑and‑fall cases
• Negligence and general tort claims
• Insurance coverage and bad‑faith‑related issues
• Uninsured and underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims
• Wrongful death and serious injury cases
• Pre‑suit and active litigation matters in state court

The firm places a strong emphasis on strategic motion practice and careful case development, including:

• Dispositive motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment)
• Discovery‑related motion practice
• Liability and damages analysis
• Preparing cases thoughtfully for mediation and trial

• Conducting legal research and drafting high‑quality motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Assisting with litigation strategy and moving cases efficiently through the civil litigation process
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Preparing cases for mediation, settlement conferences, and trial
• Reviewing medical records, expert materials, and damages documentation to support litigation strategy
• Occasionally covering depositions, hearings, or other court appearances
• Collaborating closely with attorneys and staff in a team‑oriented, values‑driven environment

• Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000 depending on experience.
