• Manage and service personal lines accounts, focusing on standard accounts.
• Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals and policy management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high service standards.

• Licenses/Designations:
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes with minimal training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
