TEKsystems is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer in support of an upcoming DoD mission-focused program. This role will support the design, deployment, and operation of modern software delivery pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure supporting secure, high-availability systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a Dev Ops Engineer who enjoys automation, collaboration, and working on systems that directly support national security missions. What You’ll Do Dev Ops & Automation Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and secure software delivery.
Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows across development, test, and production environments.
Support containerized and cloud-based application deployments.
Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and monitoring. Cloud & Infrastructure Support Deploy and maintain infrastructure in cloud and hybrid environments.
Manage configuration, patching, and system updates in compliance with security requirements.
Support system monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting to ensure platform health and availability. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with software engineers, cybersecurity teams, and program stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Help define and follow Dev Ops best practices, standards, and processes.

Required Qualifications Active DoD clearance (Secret required; Top Secret preferred).
3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Dev Sec Ops , or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Linux-based environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting DoD or government mission systems.
Familiarity with cloud-native or container-based architectures.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Cloud or security certifications (AWS, Security+, etc.). Tools & Technologies (Experience with Some Preferred) CI/CD:
