Technical Support Analyst 1
Location:
Colorado Springs, CO
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Weekly
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide Tier 1 phone support to customers.
- Experience supporting customers remotely with Windows 10, Microsoft M365, Adobe products, Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome, phone support, and other standard applications.
- Must obtain or have CompTIA Security + within six months of hiring.
