Why This Role Matters

Price Advantage is experiencing rapid growth driven by strong demand for our proven commercial software. To support our expanding customer base, we’re adding a Software Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems, working directly with customers, and making an immediate impact.

This is a full-time, permanent role
—not contract—and we are not in the defense industry
.

• Provide technical support for Windows-based software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues via phone and email
• Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with a small, agile team to deliver timely solutions
• Help ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and follow-up

• 1–2 years of experience in software product support, technical support, or a related role
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems
• Familiarity with Windows server environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing organization
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)

$58,000–$60,000 annually
