Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Software Integration and Test Engineer:

• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other IT resources.

• Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting to resolve system and user issues.

• Participate in IT resource management, cybersecurity, and data management activities.

• Contribute to software and system integration efforts to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance and reliability. Required Experience for the Software Integration and Test Engineer:

• Completion of Information Technology courses and/or formal certification training within IT disciplines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to learning and support. Technical

Skills:

• Experience with one or more Information Technology disciplines, including:
o Operating Systems:
Windows, Linux, and/or Unix
o Hardware and software systems development, application development, data management, cybersecurity, or network administration

• Exposure to or experience with programming languages such as Java, R, MATLAB, HTML, or C++ is a plus. Education & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physical Sciences.
o For non-Computer Science majors, a minor or strong coursework in Computer Science is preferred.

• Active Secret Clearance required.

• DoD 8570 Certification:
