• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather and validate business requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects
• Analyze current contract lifecycle processes and collaborate with clients to design optimized future-state processes
• Configure CLM systems according to gathered requirements, including setting up workflows and reporting dashboards
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to facilitate end-user adoption of the CLM solution
• Monitor solution performance and provide actionable reports to stakeholders on contract metrics

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field;
  Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on CLM or related contract management software
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution configuration within a CLM system
• Proficiency in process mapping and business analysis techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with specific CLM systems such as Agiloft, Icertis, Conga, Malbek, or Contract Pod Ai
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights from contract performance metrics
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
