Our client is seeking a Network/Systems Support Specialist for an exciting contract to hire scenario. The Network/Systems Support Specialist will support and manage a network infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environment, and Azure cloud resources. This role ensures high availability, security, and performance across all systems.
Duties- Laptop migrations from local domain to Azure environment.
- Manage Azure resources (VMs, storage, virtual networks) and hybrid identity.
- Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and handle Tier 2/3 escalations.
- Maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive) and Azure AD.
- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune to support device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.
- Manage and support LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPN.
- Maintain documentation for systems, networks, and procedures.
- 3+ years of hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls).
- Relevant IT certifications a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
