Overview
Job Title: Bell Attendant Guest Service
Job Pay Range: $20.00-$28.00 Inclusive of hourly plus gratuities.
*$20-28 per hour based on $12.14 per hour base wage + gratuities; historically, this position averages gratuity earnings of $8-16 per hour. Gratuities will fluctuate based on events and time of year.
This position always earns at least the current Colorado minimum wage $15.16 per hour
Job Summary:

As a member of the Guest Services team, this role will ensure total guest satisfaction through prompt and efficient service in a courteous and professional manner. Greets, escorts and provides guests with hotel information. Projects a professional image that is in line with The Broadmoor standards.

What you will be doing:
- Smile and welcome guests with a positive attitude that supports the philosophy of The Broadmoor Hotel.
- Deliver faxes, letters, boxes, gifts, flowers, and other items as assigned to and from meeting/ guest rooms.
- Handle luggage to and from rooms.
- Escort guests to their room while verbally acquainting them to property and sharing details of our facilities and amenities within the guest room in accordance with AAA and Forbes standards.
- Assist Door Attendant in greeting guests, loading and unloading vehicles.
- Assist other positions and Departments as needed to ensure smooth operations of the hotel.
- Assist with off property transportation of guests when needed and authorized by a supervisor.
- Direct guests to appropriate meeting rooms, restaurants, shops, etc.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and at least one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
