Job Title: Spa Locker Room and Pool Attendant

Job Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

This role supports the spa by warmly greeting visitors, escorting guests between areas, and maintaining clean, organized locker and pool areas. • Provide friendly and professional service to all internal and external guests and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Greet guests and escort them to locker areas, providing tours or assistance as needed.
• Provide visitors with a tour of the spa and offer refreshments or beverages as appropriate.
• Provide guests with a warm robe, sandals, and a locker and/or locker key; maintain supplies and presentation in all hospitality stations.
• Inform Spa Supervisor and/or Spa Manager of stock needs and supply levels in locker areas.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the spa facility (lockers, locker area, wet amenities, lounges).
• Clean and replenish sandals as needed to ensure adequate guest supplies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as listed and remove soiled laundry throughout the day.
• Restock clean linens and amenities as needed.
• Maintain spa pools by vacuuming and checking temperatures; report problems to Engineering as necessary.
• Check chemical levels on all pools and hot tubs to ensure safe guest conditions.
• Maintain orderly appearance at the pool and deck areas; perform cashier functions at the Spa Café and uphold health and food/beverage standards.
• Attend and participate in ongoing training, and support fellow employees in operational and administrative tasks.
• Be flexible and positive to changes that enhance guest experience or meet fiscal needs; work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with accounting software and reservations processing systems.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
• The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 25 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
