Guest Services and Special Events Director### Core Responsibilities.
- Guest Experience
* Develop and oversee a comprehensive hospitality strategy that fosters a warm, welcoming culture.
* Lead guest services teams including greeters, ushers, and cafe/hospitality teams.
* Evaluate the overall guest experience and implement improvements for services, events, and facility flow.
- Position Title:
Guest Services and Special Events Director
- Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)- Housing Allowance: TBD based on qualifications
