This position is responsible for greeting and seating guests, making reservations, and ensuring a high level of hospitality. Duties include welcoming guests, escorting them to tables, providing menus, and arranging dining reservations or special services using systems like Guest Bridge or Open Table. You will also enter reservations into guest itineraries, set up workstations, and manage food and beverage check controls.
The role involves assisting with problem-solving, following supervisor and manager instructions, and maintaining proper appearance and a professional attitude. Adherence to safety and hygiene standards is required, and assistance in the dining room may be needed.
Food&Beverage :
Responsible for serving food and drinks, taking orders accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas. Must follow hygiene standards, handle payments, restock supplies, and assist with setup and breakdown of service stations.
TEAM MEMBERS help customers find desired goods or services. They answer questions, make purchase recommendations and explain the benefits of the goods or services. Once they have helped customers make a satisfactory selection, they add up the total purchases and complete the transactions.
