Job SummaryThe Home Care Assistant Supervisor supports the effective operation of Envida’s Home Care Program by overseeing daily service delivery, managing data integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to direct care staff. This position is responsible for entering and overseeing all home care data in Sandata and EVV systems, monitoring timekeeping and schedules, supporting quality assurance, coordinating staff evaluations with the RN, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The role also involves administrative oversight, problem-solving, and contributing to the continuous improvement of home care operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data tracking in Sandata and EVV, including attendant schedules, client rosters, and service documentation.
- Verify and maintain the accuracy of all client and attendant profiles, including authorization terms, service plans, billing rates, and schedule adjustments.
- Support attendants by resolving general issues, answering questions, and assisting with EVV/TVV concerns and new assignments.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations of attendants in collaboration with the RN.
- Assist in developing and updating home care policies and procedures to align with state, federal, and payer regulations (e.g., HCPF, CDPHE, HIPAA).
- Foster cooperative relationships and communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, co-workers, and referral sources.
- Monitor and support client satisfaction and ensure service delivery meets Envida’s standards of care.
- Provide leadership during 24/7 on-call support (phone-only, no travel).
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – preferred.
- CPR certification – preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of home care experience.
- 2 years of administrative support experience.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and meet physical requirements of the role.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based platforms.
- Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates sound interpersonal skills.
