Overview
Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)
Responsibilities- Assess patients, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate patients and families, maintain accurate health records, and support emotional needs through counseling and referrals.
- Provide travel healthcare services in Colorado Springs, CO.
- Active state licensure
- Relevant clinical experience
- License and SNF experience are required
- Travel experience is preferred

Pay Rate: $1914.00 - $1972.00 per period
