About the Position
Locum Jobs Online  is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery PA in Colorado!

We are seeking experienced Locum Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to support an Orthopedics team at a Level I Trauma inpatient setting starting February 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with a collaborative orthopedic team.

Coverage Dates

Feb 9–13, 2026

Feb 16–20, 2026

Feb 23–27, 2026

Mar 9–13, 2026

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting

Inpatient Orthopedics – Level I Trauma

Adult and Geriatric patient population

EMR:
Epic

Approximately 300-bed facility

Key Responsibilities

Orthopedic consults and rounding

History & Physicals (H&P)

First assist as needed (not guaranteed)

General support of orthopedic surgeons on call

✅ Candidate Requirements

AANP/ANCC (NP) or NCCPA (PA) certification

Active Colorado license or Compact RN license

Active DEA (or eligibility to obtain)

Active BLS (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)

Experience in orthopedics or trauma preferred

First assist experience highly preferred

Additional Expectations

Availability for listed dates

Willingness to complete EMR training requirements

Non-local candidates preferred

Ability to work in a high-volume clinical environment

Clean background and credentialing history
