- Salary: $78,000 - $93,000/year (based on experience)
- Pay-per-billed-hour: $70-$72/billed hour | $90 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour
- Signing or relocation bonuses: Up to $10,000

- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
- Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
- Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and care coordination
- Master s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT certification in good standing
- Colorado DORA OT license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS/CPR certification
- Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
- Passion for collaborative, family-centered practice
- Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
