• Salary: $78,000 - $93,000/year (based on experience)
• Pay-per-billed-hour: $70-$72/billed hour | $90 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour
• Signing or relocation bonuses: Up to $10,000

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
• Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
• Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and care coordination

• Master s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• NBCOT certification in good standing
• Colorado DORA OT license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS/CPR certification

• Pediatric experience (new grads welcome!)
• Passion for collaborative, family-centered practice

• Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
