Overview

We are seeking a full-time skilled Practice Administrator to oversee the administrative, fiscal, and personnel functions of our medical facility. This role ensures efficient daily operations, strong financial performance, high-quality patient care, and a positive work environment.

Colorado Springs, CO. Full-time Monday - Friday

Salary: $100,000 + 15% Bonus and Full Benefits

• Lead daily operations and staffing to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term fiscal sustainability.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and regulatory standards.
• Implement policies to improve workflow, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Foster collaboration across departments and maintain strong community relationships.
• Promote a supportive, team-oriented culture and safeguard confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a free-standing medical practice preferred.
• Understanding of accreditation and certification standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and motivate staff.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.
