This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychotherapist (Licensed or Pre-Licensed) located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Psychotherapist will provide counseling and mental health services to clients, design individualized treatment plans, and offer support for a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationships, and family dynamics. Responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate client records while adhering to ethical and professional standards.

Collaboration with team members and ongoing professional development are also integral to this role.

• Proficiency in Psychology and knowledge of Mental Health principles
• Skills and experience in Counseling and Relationship Counseling
• Familiarity with practices within Medicine relevant to therapeutic interventions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus
