Thrive Health Systems is looking for Lead Doctors who can gain excellent health care results for patients while developing their own practice within a clinic, utilizing approximately 20 hours of treatment time and 20 hours of administration per week.

Typical Lead Doctors are 2-4 years out of school, ready to develop their own practice and be the lead, rather than an associate.

• Develop and deliver health care plans for patients.
• Manage patient goals and track accomplishments.
• Provide diagnosis and treatment, including advanced chiropractic services.
• Practice a full health care philosophy addressing chronic illnesses beyond back pain.
• Utilize Google Suite, EHR, and other administrative tools.
• Maintain accurate notes, charges, and spreadsheets.
• Demonstrate high social skills and communication.
• Lead and manage a team of healthcare providers.
• Engage in sales activities to attract and retain patients.

• Experience developing and delivering health care plans.
• Patient goal management and accomplishment skills.
• Diagnosis skills.
• Treatment skills beyond standard chiropractic adjustment.
• In-depth knowledge of chronic illnesses and a health care philosophy that serves them.
• Computer skills with Google Suite.
• Experience with EHR systems.
