Mental Health​/Addiction Therapist​/Counselor Gateway To Success

Hello! We are a thriving, locally owned and operated, community mental health clinic and are seeking an outgoing therapist who is passionate about working with the underserved/forensic population.

At GTS, your clinical duties will be based on your strengths and may include co-occurring intake assessments, group therapy, individual therapy, Level II Education and attending meetings with community partners.

We offer an opportunity for supervision and training to become a Licensed Therapist, LAC, Domestic Violence Treatment Provider (DVOMB) or Sex Offender Provider (SOMB), if you are not approved already.

We consider ourselves a family business but have offices located in three locations (Colorado Springs, Canon City and Pueblo).

Seeking a full-time Clinician who is willing to work beside us in the office and provide in-person services.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities and duties include carrying a clinical and DUI caseload, intake assessments, service plans, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy;
Participation in multidisciplinary team meetings;
Conducting co-occurring assessments accurately and within established time frames;
Providing crisis intervention and brief psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families;
Coordinating patient care by providing recommendations and pertinent information to treatment providers regarding potentially helpful resources; and Formulating plans for treatment/aftercare.

Qualifications and Skills
A master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a closely related field.

Colorado (DORA) registration (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT...) is needed.

We can help you with Supervision toward your LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, DVOMB or SOMB credentials.

Computer proficiency required.

Compensation

Salary range is $56,000-$70,000 and is based on experience and licensure status.

*** This is a SALARY position. You will be paid your wage even if the client does not attend their scheduled appointment. We do not contract fee for service.***
