Cedar Springs Hospital is seeking a talented and dynamic Inpatient Therapist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals!
Full‑Time Days, Monday‑Friday, 8a‑4:30p.
Minimum Salary: $72,000 - $75,000.

ResponsibilitiesThe therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy within acute care, residential, or outpatient settings. Primary duties include treatment and discharge planning, interfacing with community agencies, and maintaining treatment plans. In the acute care setting, oversight of all social work functions for acute patients and staff, including psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, active treatment, discharge planning, and personnel management, is required.

Requirements: Strong organizational and communication skills; working knowledge of personal computer; ability to maintain confidentiality; complete required clinical paperwork per protocol; maintain professional boundaries with clients and families; act professionally in high‑stress situations.
Skills: The same competencies noted in requirements apply throughout clinical practice.
Education/
Experience:
Master’s degree in a counseling‑related field (MSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC). Licensed or seeking licensure in the State of Colorado. One year of clinical experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds; full range of body motion including handling and physical restraint; CPR and first aid; rotating schedules; driving if necessary; proficient in speaking, reading, and writing; emotional stability; adequate vision and hearing.
