Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide leadership for all hospital departments, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals.
- Manage the hospital budget and financial resources responsibly.
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Develop policies to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital board, medical staff, and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
- At least 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
- Proven success in managing complex healthcare operations.
- Strong financial and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for healthcare and commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- US citizenship or permanent residency in the US for at least 3 of the past 5 years.
- Current adjudicated Department of Homeland Security clearance.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
