Note: This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel may be required.

• Provide leadership for all hospital departments, fostering a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals.
• Manage the hospital budget and financial resources responsibly.
• Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop policies to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.
• Act as a liaison between the hospital board, medical staff, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration.

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field.
• At least 5 years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Proven success in managing complex healthcare operations.
• Strong financial and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for healthcare and commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• US citizenship or permanent residency in the US for at least 3 of the past 5 years.

• Current adjudicated Department of Homeland Security clearance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Work primarily in an office environment.
• Sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
